Shepards Pie with a Mexicano Twist

1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 Cup water
1 envelope taco seasoning
2 Cups shredded cheddar
3 Cups mashed potatoes

1. Brown beef, onion & garlic over medium heat
2. Stir in water & seasoning
3. Stir in 1 cup cheddar
4. Combine potatoes & remaining cheddar in seperate bowl
5. Spread over beef mixture.
6. *If you have oven.. broil until golden brown.
