Don't Knock 'em 'til You Try 'em Tuna Patties

1 Large Can Tuna
1 Large Egg
1 tsp Shredded Garlic
2 Tbsp Shredded Carrot
2 Tbsp Minced Apple
2 Tbsp Minced Onion (I like the flavor of Green Onions for this, but use whatcha got)
1/4 C Crumbled Potato Chips (Use your favorite flavor!)
salt and pepper to taste

* Add 2 Tbsp of Parmesan Cheese if you'd like! ;)

1. In bowl, mix all ingredients with hands and form 4 patties.
2. Heat pan to about medium heat and drizzle a bit of oil in the bottom.
3. Cook the patties on each side until nicely browned. I like to smoosh 'em down with the back of my spatula while they cook to make sure they stay together.
4. Serve 'em hot!

These are good with a salad full of goodies and some tasty bread along side!
Like the name says... Don't knock 'em 'til you try 'em... they are pretty yummy!
