Easy P.B. and Chocolate snack bars

2 1/2 C Cheerios
2 C oatmeal
1/2 C chocolate chips
2/3 C brown sugar
2/3 C light corn syrup
1/2 C crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
foil pie pan

1.In mixing bowl, combine cheerios, oatmeal, and chocolate chips. Set aside.
2.In small sauce pot, combine corn syrup, brown sugar and vanilla. Bring to simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly, and then remove.
3. Immediately add peanut butter to warm mixture and stir until combined fully.
4. Pour over dry ingredients and mix until well coated.
5. Press mixture into pie pan. Wet hands with cool water to press without mess, or use back of a plastic spoon/spatula.
6. Allow to cool, or place in fridge.
7. Cut, eat, enjoy.

*You can substitute cocoa powder for the vanilla for a bit more chocolate! ;)
