Ida Rusk's Chocolate Eclair Cake

1 box graham crackers

two 3.4 oz. packages instant vanilla pudding mix

1 c. powdered sugar

3 c. milk

8 oz. Cool Whip

1 can milk chocolate frosting



Beat together pudding mix, sugar, and milk for 2 minutes on low. Grease 9x13 pan. Cover bottom of pan with single layer of graham crackers. Spread with ½ of the pudding mixture. Top with a second layer of crackers, then the remaining pudding mixture, and finally a third layer of graham crackers. Cover and chill overnight. Spread frosting carefully over top layer of crackers. Chill until serving.
