Easy Sloppy Joes

1 lb. ground beef

1 c. ketchup

2 Tbsp. yellow mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

Brown beef (may add chopped onion and/or green pepper, if desired) and drain. Stir in ketchup and mustard. Simmer 10-15 minutes. Serve on buns.
